Stomp Out Addiction Walk

Faith Oakville
: For all ages

Alcohol and other drugs are a problem for our nation, our communities, and OUR FAMILIES.  Many in our Oakville community have first-hand experience with this issue touching their lives. The Stomp Out Addiction Walk brings awareness, education, and support to our community. Our prayer is that taking one step towards defeating addiction will make a huge impact!

Thank you to everyone who served and walked for their community! 85 energetic and joyful servants joined together to help make it happen. 687 Walkers (592 Adults and 95 Kids) joined in to help Stomp Out Addiction.

Check out the video, to hear Marilyn Bader, Faith member and retired NCADA Trainer, talk about the challenges all of us in our Oakville community are facing.

From her early childhood to now, addiction has greatly impacted Lynda Moran’s life, yet she still encourages others, “We need to love our community and let them know that there is hope in God.”
