I was born and raised in the St. Louis area attending a LCMS Church and school through eighth grade. My family decided to move over to Waterloo, IL where I attended high school. Throughout high school and the beginning of college, I did what I could to put God on the back burner. However, He continued to show me His everlasting love. It was in my second year at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where I heard God’s call for me to pursue ministry. I transferred to Concordia University Chicago my junior year and graduated in 2015 with my Bachelor of arts degree as a Director of Christian Education (DCE) with a minor in Theology. Eric, my high school sweetheart, and I got married in 2015. We live in Waterloo and we have a daughter named Kelsey. Some things I enjoy are music (listening and playing), camping, fishing, cooking, and going for walks with my family. We joined Faith-Columbia in 2016 and I started on staff as the Columbia Program Coordinator in August of 2018.
My hope for Faith-Columbia
My hope is that our programs would not only build and nurture disciples, but also provide opportunities for us to make connections with the surrounding communities.
