Join us for REFIT, an exercise format consisting of choreographed fitness moves to inspirational Christian music, followed by "The Daniel Plan: Five Essentials Series" healthy lifestyle Bible study. All women ages 16+ are welcome to come.

Cappos Women's Life Group digs into Scripture to understand and apply the Bible to our lives. We serve twice monthly at the St. Trinity Food Pantry, as well.

We share the love of Christ with the homeless of St. Louis by serving a hot meal, giving supplies, visiting, praying, and sharing.
We meet every other Wednesday at the Hangar.
