Join us to learn more about the three-year vision and goals of our Life Groups and anchor information to help you lead well. Choose ONE workshop and invite other leaders and/or potential leaders to attend the other workshops.

In this workshop you will discover “Telltales”, which are sail indicators to help you figure out what is going on at critical junctures. Learn to listen and discern those junctures in people’s lives as you capture God-honoring tales of victory. You will also learn tips for taking a good photo, cell phones included, and even producing a short video clip testimony. You don’t have to be a Captain to create a God-story that needs to be told!

In this workshop you will learn to capitalize on your Crew’s God-given skills and talents and how to make the most of what has been given to you in order to be a blessing to others. You’ll also learn how to access Group Mission Funds to help with your Gospel Cause.

WORKSHOP #3: Charting a course

Setting sail without charting a course may land you ashore! In this workshop for Life Group Leaders and New Leaders you will discover ideas to vision for a Gospel Cause and create a Mission Statement about your cause. You will also receive tips about ways to connect with the people you serve so you are a blessing to others.
